For the Deadpool franchise, the ‘weird’ or more fringe side of the internet is where it reigns. With that in mind, it makes sense that it would be one of the first within the Marvel Cinematic Universe to dip into blockchain.
To be more specific, users of OpenSea will be able to purchase a range of official merchandise from the Deadpool franchise.
Just what this merch consists of is a range of promotional posters, which have [unsurprisingly] sold in record time.

The various price tags they have so far are quite a bit more costly compared to their physical counterparts. Ranging anywhere, in terms of price, from $18-2,900. So a potentially costly NFT for those looking to own a piece of the ‘Merc with a Mouth’.
The OpenSea marketplace was able to bring these assets over thanks to its collaboration with the GFT Exchange. The latter of which was able to digitally ‘hand off’ the virtual posters to the OpenSea marketplace.
