$100 million gaming DAO Merit Circle has announced a strategic partnership with Immutable to expand the reach of its various products.
Most importantly, Merit Circle’s Beam blockchain and its Sphere NFT marketplace – previously exclusively deployed as an Avalanche subnet – will now expand onto Immutable’s zkEVM infrastructure, including use of tech such as Immutable Orderbook and Immutable’s Passport onboarding wallet.
The news follows on from Merit Circle’s announcement about a new partnership with Pantera Capital, which further boosted the price of Merit Circle’s new Beam token; up 850% since June 2023.
“At the Merit Circle DAO, we want Beam – our gaming ecosystem – to be wherever games, players and developers are. This collaboration with Immutable and Polygon Labs represents a huge leap towards that vision,” said CEO Marco van den Heuvel.
