Sura and Sequence partner to boost web3 game startups in LATAM

LATAM-based web3 gaming network Sura GG is deepening its partnership with blockchain tech provider Sequence. Aiming to bolster the adoption of web3 gaming across the Latin America region, the strategic collaboration will see Sura further leverage Sequence’s blockchain gaming tools to support its ecosystem games.

As for the Sura network, it consists of three business arms; Sura Gaming, Sura Labs, and GaminoVC. Through Sura Labs’ integration of Sequence’s tech stack, gaming startups are provided with the technical support needed to implement blockchain features.

In terms of GaminoVC, it helps game startups secure funding, grants, and other benefits. Currently, more than 35 game startups are claimed to be part of the program.

Furthering the partnership however, Sequence and Sura Gaming will also develop an app, serving as an all-in-one hub for gamers. Directly integrated into games, the app will feature a quest system which will be underpinned by STARS (Sura Task & Rewards System), and user loyalty programs. Additionally, it will offer web3 wallets and a debit and credit card payment system for NFT trading.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Sura GG and support their journey from start to finish. At Sequence, we’re committed to empowering game developers throughout the entire process – whether it’s through fundraising, development, or go-to-market strategies,” commented Sequence business dev manager Facundo Gramajo.

“This partnership reflects our shared vision of revolutionizing the gaming landscape and providing game developers and creators with the tools they need to succeed.”

Sura GG co-founder and CEO Mariano Rubinstein added, “This alliance between Sura GG and Sequence is a milestone in the web3 gaming industry. Together, we are creating a platform that accelerates blockchain adoption in Latin America and redefines how gamers interact with the digital ecosystem. The future of gaming is here, and we are proud to lead this change.”
