Video: Alto.io on its Item First approach to interoperable blockchain games

At Blockchain Gamer Connects San Francisco 2018, Chase Freo of Alto.io spoke about the developer’s “Item-First” approach to blockchain games.

It’s something the company has since built on with its $150,000 CryptoGames Challenge, which is backed by the launch of its Loot Store.

This contains a set of limited edition ERC721 items which developers use to build into their games, highlighting the interoperability aspects Alto believes is key for the future of the sector.

Alto.io will announce the winners of the competition at Blockchain Gamer Connects Helsinki 2018, which will be held 11-12 September. You can find out more details here.

But in the meantime, check out the video below and the Challenge website here.
