Global Crypto League to launch prototype

Esports is becoming a popular place for upcoming blockchain games.

One of the latest examples of this is Global Crypto League, a relatively new esports platform where players participate in challenge-based contests with the chance of winning cryptocurrency like Ethereum or Bitcoin.

One of the first games available for gamers to try out on the platform, according to the developers, will be Fornite, with matches being developed by individual players based on one of four criteria:

  1. Number of kills to win
  2. Start time
  3. Number of players that can compete
  4. Wager amount to enter in Bitcoin or Ethereum.

According to Global Crypto League’s Medium post, a prototype of the platform will be available in early September, with the full platform being released in December 2018.
