Pudgy Party launches globally with Steal a Brainrot-themed Dopameme Rush season 1
Mythical Games’ collaboration with Pudgy Penguins outfit Igloo Inc. has gone live with the global release of mobile game Pudgy Party through Apple and Google’s app stores.
Adding the Pudgy theme to the Stumble Guys genre sees players competing to see who can be the first to overcome simple obstacle course levels, including various combat-light abilities to knock your opponents off the map.
This gameplay feeds into a game’s collection mechanic, which features dozens of different penguins, each with their own abilities, as well as various customization and levelling up options.
These include outfits, emotes, and other in-game assets, which will come in web2 and tradeable web3 formats, something the game describes as NAT (non-tradable) or LE (limited edition, tradable) versions.
Other blockchain assets are talismen, which are spent (burned) if you want to turn your NAT item into a LE item.

The launch season, called Dopameme Rush, is a collaboration with Roblox game Steal a Brainrot, with players able to unlock costumes such as Tung Tung Sahur, Ballerina Cappucina, and John Pork.
Every month will see a new season with free and premium passes, special events, and global leaderboard competitions.
“The heart of Pudgy Penguins has always been about connection and spreading good vibes. Bringing our beloved, viral characters to life in a mobile multiplayer game is an exciting step forward in our mission to create joyful, meaningful experiences for our growing global community,” commented CEO Luca Netz.
Mythical Games’ CEO John Linden added, “Pudgy Penguins is one of the few web3 brands that has successfully broken through to mainstream audiences, thanks to their strong retail presence and highly engaged community. We’re thrilled to launch Pudgy Party with them and bring this playful IP to gamers around the world. This is exactly the kind of project that shows how web3 can deliver fun, value, and accessibility to everyone.”
