With Yield Guild Games continuing to push its vision of Casual Degen gaming through YGG Play, the guild’s new publishing arm has announced its first deal.
YGG Play is partnering with Abstract-based RPG Gigaverse.
The deal will see a Gigaverse-branded board released in YGG’s LOL Land, which is also live on Abstract, while LOL Land skins will be available for a limited period in Gigaverse.
In terms of the business muscle behind the deal, YGG Play is going to promote Gigaverse via its marketing channels, creators and ecosystem partners.
The commercial aspects of the deal will also be onchain with YGG Play using a smart contract-enforceable revenue share, which ensures Gigaverse’s developer GLHF gets its split of revenues generated in real-time.
There will also be a joint streaming event featuring the two games, with KOLs including Raiden, Iceyyy, YellowPanther, Storming and Elisa joining in with the action.
