We’ve spoken at length with many key figures in the blockchain games space and it became clear that most preferred to be part of a larger ‘pan-gaming’ event. We’ve taken that feedback on board and combined Blockchain Gamer LIVE! Digital with the upcoming Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki Digital 2020 on Sept 14-18th to make one mega-event.
Blockchain games pioneers will continue to get three tracks of dedicated content and the opportunity to mix with all the leading voices in the blockchain games space, but you’ll also be able to connect with a far wider audience of 1,500 international game developers, publishers, investors, media and service companies. You’ll have access to hundreds more speakers, multiple fringe events, Discord chat channels and much, much more.
Whilst the blockchain industry is still in its formative years, part of the event’s role is education and we fundamentally believe that exposure to a wider audience will be mutually beneficial and create better value for all involved. We will honour existing tickets regardless of any price difference, so if you had a ticket for Blockchain Gamer LIVE! Digital, that will be transferred into Pocket Gamer Connects Helsinki Digital.
Although this obviously means a slightly larger delay until the conference proper starts, we will also be launching a series of free regular Blockchain Gamer RoundTables designed to tide you over and keep you up to speed on the major topics, tech and trends in the meantime.
