Battle Bears Heroes, the first thirdparty Ronin game, soft launches via app stores

Yet another blockchain powered game has hit the app stores. In partnership with Sky Mavis it’s the first of its thirdparty titles to launch on the Ronin network. Top-down shooter Battle Bears Heroes, inspired by the Battle Bears franchise’s 2010 classic mobile game BB GO, has soft launched in southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

With multiplayer features and various modes, including mini MOBA, death match and battle royale, players can collect heroes and cosmetics as well as team up with friends to climb the leaderboards. More modes and heroes will be released later.

Not yet clear on what aspects of the game is blockchain, all we’re told is that web3 features will be integrated with Ronin

The global launch is announced to be imminent and early players will be rewarded with exclusive in-game skins.
